- 2 pounds chicken wing pieces
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliter) Stubb’s® Bar-B-Q Rub
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliter) Stubb’s® Sticky Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce
- 2 tablespoons (28 grams) butter, melted
Preparation
- 1 Toss wings and Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Rub in a large bowl or large resealable plastic bag until well coated.
- 2 Grill wings over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F), turning frequently to prevent burning.
- 3 Mix Sticky Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce and melted butter in a large bowl. Add cooked wings; toss to coat well. Serve immediately.
- 4 Oven Cooking Instructions: Prepare wings as directed. Arrange in single layer on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 425°F (220°C) oven 35 minutes or until cooked through and skin is crispy. Continue with Step 3.
