Usage Tips
Serve over meatloaf, meat balls, roasted potatoes, French fries and mashed potatoes. Excellent with roast beef. Use in casseroles, stews and meat pies. To make gourmet gravy, use roast drippings and water to equal 1 cup (250 mL ). Any amount of drippings will do, but the more the better.
ALL YOU NEED
- 1 cup (250 mL) water
ALL YOU DO
- COMBINE water and gravy mix in saucepan.
- COOK over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy comes to a boil; simmer 1 minute.
MICROWAVE TIP
- COMBINE water and gravy mix in 1 qt (1 L) microwave safe bowl.
- COOK, uncovered on HIGH power for 3-4 minutes until bubbly and thickened, stirring after each minute.
MAKES 1 CUP (250 mL) GRAVY
TIPS
Add prepared gravy to 1 sautéed onion. Layer gravy on prepared sausages and mashed potatoes. Garnish with Club House Parsley Flakes.
Must be cooked for food safety.
