Usage Tips
Serve Club House’s Turkey Gravy Mix over pan-fried, grilled or roast turkey and chicken. Excellent with ground turkey meatballs, meatloaf, roasted potatoes, french fries and mashed potatoes. Use in casseroles, stews and meat pies.
This turkey gravy mix can be made with or without meat drippings and can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.
HOW TO MAKE TURKEY GRAVY MIX:
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 package of Club House Turkey Gravy Mix
- 1 cup (250ml) of water
HOW TO MAKE:
- Combine water and gravy mix in saucepan
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy comes to a boil; simmer 1 minute.
- Serve over turkey, stuffing, hot turkey sandwiches or as needed.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- Combine water and gravy mix in 1 qt (1L) microwave safe bowl.
- Cook, uncovered on HIGH power for 3-4 minutes until bubbly and thickened, stirring after each minute.
GOURMET TIP
- Take meat drippings and add water to equal 1 cup (250 ml). Add gravy mix. Cook as above.
