Usage Tips
Serve over pan-fried, grilled or roast pork and veal. Excellent with ground pork meat balls, meatloaf, roasted potatoes, french fries and mashed potatoes. Use in casseroles, stews and meat pies. To make gourmet gravy, use roast drippings and water to equal 1 cup (250 mL ). Any amount of drippings will do, but the more the better.
How to Make Pork Gravy Mix:
What you need:
- 1 package of Club House Pork Gravy mix
- 1 cup (250ml) water
How to Make:
- Stir water gradually into Pork Gravy mix with whisk in small saucepan
- Cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. (Gravy will thicken upon standing). Serve over pork, hot meat sandwhiches, mashed potatoes or stuffing
Microwave Directions:
- Stir water into Pork Gravy mix in bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute
