Usage Tips
Serve over beef, chicken, or salisbury steak. For more flavour, combine meat drippings with water to equal 1 cup (250 mL) of liquid, add gravy mix, and prepare gravy according to package directions.
ALL YOU NEED
- 1 cup (250 mL) water
ALL YOU DO
- COMBINE water and gravy mix in saucepan.
- COOK over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy comes to a boil; simmer 1 minute.
- SERVE over roast beef, tourtière or poutine.
MICROWAVE TIP
- COMBINE water and gravy mix in 1 qt (1 L) microwave safe bowl.
- COOK, uncovered on HIGH power for 3-4 minutes until bubbly and thickened, stirring after each minute.
MAKES 1 CUP (250 mL) GRAVY
GOURMET TIP:
TAKE meat drippings and add water to equal 1 cup (250 mL). Add gravy mix. Cook as above.
