Usage Tips

ALL YOU NEED
- ½ cup (125 mL) each milk and water
ALL YOU DO
- COMBINE milk, water and gravy mix in saucepan.
- COOK over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy comes to a boil; simmer 1 minute.
MICROWAVE TIP
- COMBINE milk, water and gravy mix in 1 qt (1 L) microwave safe bowl.
- COOK, uncovered on HIGH power for 3-4 minutes until bubbly and thickened, stirring after each minute.
MAKES 1 CUP (250 mL) GRAVY
TIPS:
Just before serving, stir in 2 tbsp (30 mL) Brandy or sherry wine.
