Usage Tips
For a richer flavour prepare Club House gravy mix for Turkey as per package directions on the stove top. Great with meat drippings the night of or on its own to finish off leftovers.
Gourmet Tips:
- Take meat drippings and add water to equal 1 cup (250 mL). Any little amount of drippings will do, but the more the better!
- Combine gravy mix, meat drippings and water mixture in saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy comes to a boil; simmer 1 minute.

- Cook, uncovered, on HIGH power 3-4 minutes, until bubbly and thickened, stirring after each minute. Makes 1 cup (250 mL) of gravy
