Usage Tips
ALL YOU NEED
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 4 cups (1 L) assorted vegetables, thinly sliced
- ½ cup (125 mL) water
- 3 cups (750 mL) cooked rice
ALL YOU DO
- HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- ADD chicken. Cook 4 minutes.
- ADD vegetables. Cook 5-7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
- ADD water and seasoning mix. Cook 1-2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
- SERVE over rice.
