Usage Tips
ALL YOU NEED
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- ¾ lb (375 g) boneless beef, cut into thin strips
- 1 lb (500 g) broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) water
- 4 cups (1 L) cooked rice
ALL YOU DO
- HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- ADD beef. Cook 3 minutes.
- ADD vegetables. Cook 5-7 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
- ADD water and seasoning mix. Cook 1-2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
- SERVE over rice.
