Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry Mix

Usage Tips

ALL YOU NEED

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • ¾ lb (375 g) boneless beef, cut into thin strips
  • 1 lb (500 g) broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup (250 mL) water
  • 4 cups (1 L) cooked rice

ALL YOU DO

  • HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • ADD beef. Cook 3 minutes.
  • ADD vegetables. Cook 5-7 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
  • ADD water and seasoning mix. Cook 1-2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  • SERVE over rice.
