        Cookies and Log Files

The McCormick Canada Sites uses cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data, with identifying information that is sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. Information tracked through cookies may include, but is not limited to: (i) your IP address; (ii) the type of web browser and operating system being used; (iii) the pages of the website a user visits; (iv) date and time of visit; and (v) your internet service provider. McCormick Canada uses log files to record this information. A log file is simply a record stored on the web servers hosting the Sites.

Cookies and log files may be used for the purpose of gathering page hit and path statistics, to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track user's movement, personalize content or services, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. You may disable cookies through your web browser settings in most browsers. If you reject cookies, you may still use our websites, but your ability to use some areas of our sites will be limited and we will not be able to provide you with the most convenient experience.

        Remarketing and Interest-Based Advertising

McCormick Canada may use remarketing pixels and cookies on its web sites. A remarketing pixel is a small, invisible piece of code that tells an ad network to save visitors' cookies to a remarketing list. This list may then be used by McCormick Canada or third-party ad networks to serve targeted interest-based ads when those visitors visit other sites included in the advertising network. McCormick Canada may partner with third party websites and advertising services to use remarketing pixels and cookies, including Amazon Ad System. They and we may place remarketing pixels on our web sites and third-party websites. They and we may target advertisements for products and services in which you might be interested based on your visits to both McCormick Canada web sites and other web sites. We may use a variety of companies to serve advertisements.

To opt-out of interest based advertising from McCormick Canada, or to find more information about interest-based advertising, please visit Your Ad Choices http://youradchoices.ca/choices. The Your Ad Choices opt-out tool allows you to opt-out of any advertising networks participating in the self-regulatory program for online behavioural advertising, including those networks used by McCormick Canada. To opt-out of Amazon Ad System advertising specifically, you may also visit http://www.amazon.com/gp/dra/info.

These opt-outs will not be effective if your browser is configured to reject cookies, or if you subsequently erase your cookies, use a different computer or change browsers. Please note that even if you opt-out, you will still see advertisements while you're browsing online. However the advertisements you see may be less relevant to you and your interests.

        Employment

From time to time, McCormick Canada may solicit résumés and other documents containing personal information for the purposes of recruitment.
